We have all the necessary materials and machinery to tackle this task effectively. Our process involves going through your home with our duct cleaning machine, removing the grills from every vent. By inserting our spinning brush attachment and running it through the ductwork, we can break up all the dust and grime, which is then vacuumed away.

In most cases, the return ducts tend to be the dirtiest, as they supply air to the unit. In certain situations, we can use a camera to inspect the duct runs visually, allowing us to assess the level of dirt and determine which brush attachments may be needed for the job.

We also offer coil cleaning services if the inside of the air handler is particularly dirty. Some home systems retain moisture more than others, which can lead to mold growth and buildup in the environment. This situation can be detrimental to our customers' health, so we recommend having it cleaned. In severe cases, we may need to remove the coil from the air handler to use a more aggressive chemical to eliminate mold and bacteria.

This can restrict airflow, causing the unit to freeze up, which poses a risk of water damage and may lead to the need for coil or unit replacement due to the resulting damage. It is crucial to keep up with air filter replacements, as neglecting this task could cost you more money in the long run due to potential damages.
